23-year-old entrepreneur is taking a local city’s restaurant scene by storm

At just 23 years old, the longtime Sidney resident owns two of the eight restaurant-bars in the city’s core—including newly opened Tavolo Modern Italian. And if all goes to plan, the local community will be seeing a lot more of his establishments in the future.
